Indian Thali:

A thali is a selection of different dishes, usually served in small bowls on a round tray.The round tray is generally made with steel with multiple compartments.


Pakoras are usually served as snacks or appetizers. Pakoras are created by taking one or two ingredients such as Cabbage, eggplant, potato, spinach, plantain, cauliflower, tomato, chilli and dipping them in a batter of gram flour and then deep-frying them.

Idly, Chutney and Sambar

Idly is a savory cake of south Indian origin popular throughout India. The cakes are usually two to three inches in diameter and are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice.The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body.Most often eaten at breakfast or as a snack, idlis are usually served in pairs with chutney, sambar, or other accompaniments.

Gobi Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is a fried Indian Chinese fried cauliflower food item popular in India.Gobi Manchurian has resulted from the adaption of Chinese cooking and seasoning techniques to suite Indian tastes. It was originally developed by a small Chinese community which lived in Kolkata for a century. Gobi Manchurian is made using mainly cauliflower, corn flour, maida flour, etc.
